Security of your data is our priority
The Syntesys System allow easier communication between the User and the Companies of Euler Hermes Polska Group, i.e. Euler Hermes Collections sp.z o.o., Towarzystwo Ubezpieczeń Euler Hermes S.A. and Euler Hermes, Okurowska-Minkiewicz, Maliszewski - Kancelaria Prawna sp.k., carried out in connection with the implementation of contracts concluded with the User.
Using the services provided as part of the Syntesys System is not connected with any specific risks to the security of the User’s IT system, exceeding the standard risks connected with the use of the Internet, caused by the third party’s illegal activities (such as viruses, spyware, breach of IT system security features in order to illegally obtain personal data or other information). In any event, it is recommended to use software protecting against so-called malware, viruses and other risks connected with the Internet.
In order to protect the Users’ personal data processed via the Syntesys System we use the following security procedures:
- the connection is authorised by the certification centre, i.e. COMODO High-Assurance Secure Server CA, by means of Comodo InstantSSL Pro certificate with RSA 2048 bit public key and encrypted by means of SSL -256 bit protocol,
- the user is authorised with the use of a unique identifier and password,
- our security centre records each important operation and IP address of the computer from which it was performed.
Regardless of our procedures, Syntesys System Users are advised to keep installing security updates to their operating system and using the latest available version of the selected web browser.
